Congratulations to all of you - we have raised a little over $500,000 - that’s a half a million dollars!!! wow!!!! We met our goal - you ladies rock!!! Because we have raised enough money we will be able to sponsor the Jump For The Cause Laboratory Wing in the new state-of-the-art facility at City Of Hope (see attachment). The plan is to have a check presentation ceremony at the City Of Hope some time in December. I will not know the exact amount of the check we are writing to City Of Hope until that time. I will keep you posted on all these details. -Richard
The OFFICIAL JFTC DVD is being edited by our lovable Oscar Oczkowski. The projected timeline for completion is the end of December. As soon as it’s available, we’ll let you know!

INSIDE EDITION will be airing a segment on JFTC. The air date is a bit fuzzy, but it is still expected. Stay tuned or check your local listings.

JFTC Yearbooks!!!

Here are a few things I need from you for the yearbook:
1. WHILE THE MEMORIES ARE FRESH, please e-mail me with any stories, big or insignificant, which made this week especially memorable for you. This could be something as small as the different songs each plane made up (Please, would someone from each plane let me know what they were and which plane they were from?), or something happening on a jump or whatever sticks in your mind as a high point for you. These details are what are going to make the book an especially unique memory book for all of you!
2. If you did not put any info on the website for your bio, or would like to add something, PLEASE e-mail me with that right away. I am looking for basics, (number of jumps, years in the sport, where you are from....etc.) and any unique bits you'd like to share. What brought you to Jump For The Cause, any person you are especially honoring at the jump....anything.
3. If you did not order a book at the event, please go to my website at www.carolyndufur.com and do so as soon as possible. You could also order additional copies at that website if you've decided that just one isn't enough. We are still about 20 orders short of the minimum and I don't want to see this project disintegrate when we are so close to the goal!
